Refund Policy

Credits refund themselves

If a generation or edit fails our quality review, is refused by content rules, or errors out, the credit is returned automatically — you'll see the refund as its own line in your ledger, usually within seconds. You never pay for output you didn't receive.

Pack purchases

• Unused packs: full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack's credits were spent — contact support with your receipt.
• Partially used packs: handled case-by-case; we're reasonable, and the ledger makes usage unambiguous for both of us.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

What isn't refundable

• Credits spent on images that were successfully delivered (they passed review and reached your gallery).
• Free trial credits (they were free).

Disputes

Before opening a card dispute, contact support — every spend has a ledger row and a trace, so almost everything resolves in one message.
